BASED IN PLANO, ONLINE ACROSS TEXAS
Life at the top can be lonely & isolating.
You sink into your chair, exhausted. The day was a relentless blur—early calls, back-to-back meetings, endless emails, and constant demands. A deal you’d worked on for weeks fell through, and a client now wants more concessions. By lunch, you were already running on fumes, barely eating, your head pounding.
Now, as you glance at the clock, you realize you’re late leaving for home—again. You picture your partner’s disappointment and the kids, half-asleep or irritable by the time you arrive. You promised to help with homework, but the unspoken tension about your time and priorities lingers.
Everything you’re doing is for them, yet somehow, it never feels like enough. As you close your laptop and head out, you brace yourself for what’s waiting—the people you love, who need more of you than you feel able to give.
From the outside, everyone sees someone who has it all together, but on the inside you may be struggling with:
- Imposter Syndrome - Chronic Stress
- Self-Doubt - Burn-Out
- Perfectionism - Fear of Failure
You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
Executive Therapy is the natural Next Step in your success.
You’re a strong leader, always driving results and pushing your team to succeed. But the most effective leaders know that true growth comes from mastering the internal challenges that impact their ability to lead. Therapy helps refine your leadership by addressing the personal stress, pressure, and emotions that can spill into your work and home life.
Together, we’ll work to help you communicate with clarity, tackle challenges with calm resilience, and lead with focus and intention. This isn’t about slowing down—it’s about staying sharp, energized, and balanced, so you can achieve more while thriving in both your professional and personal life.
You can maintain success
while nurturing an inner peace.
Imagine a life where you’re fully present at work and at home. You tackle tasks efficiently, leave the office feeling accomplished, and come home ready to enjoy dinner with your family or take your kids to practice without work weighing on your mind. Weekends are filled with quality time, hobbies, and connection, leaving you recharged for the week ahead.
With a clear mind, challenges feel manageable, and solutions come easily. You set boundaries that fuel your personal life while enhancing your professional life. Instead of ending the day drained, you finish energized, ready to invest in the relationships that matter most. Say goodbye to sleepless nights and tension—welcome balance, clarity, and a happier, healthier you.
Being successful doesn’t have to be so stressful.
What sets me apart as a Therapist for Executives
With me, pressure’s off. Just be you in a non-judgmental, supportive place..
With over 22 years as a school counselor, including leadership roles at campus and district levels, I bring a unique skillset to executive therapy. I’ve been a trusted advisor to principals and district leaders, guiding them through tough decisions and personal challenges. I understand the impact of leadership styles on teams and can help you navigate similar challenges with insight and empathy.
Executives and leaders often don’t have a circle of trusted people to be completely honest and authentic with. No longer are you a member of the inner circle, privy to the inside jokes or part of the workplace gossip; you may even in fact, become the subject of it. You may feel isolated, but you’re not alone. Therapy with me is a safe, confidential place to be unapologetically you. I’ll validate your emotions, offer honest and future-focused guidance, and lovingly challenge you when needed.
Our sessions will be meaningful—serious when necessary, but also filled with laughter, occasional tears, and maybe even a cuss word or two. Through it all, you can count on me to be caring, understanding, and committed to helping you achieve balance and fulfillment.
So why wait? Discover the joy of living fully, both personally and professionally.

Executive therapy and executive coaching are both valuable resources for professionals, but they serve different purposes.
Executive Therapy focuses on improving overall well-being, addressing stress, emotional health, and work-life balance. A therapist helps executives understand and manage the underlying issues that may impact their personal and professional lives, such as anxiety, burnout, or relationship challenges. Therapy is a collaborative and introspective process designed to foster long-term resilience and holistic growth.
Executive Coaching, on the other hand, is goal-oriented and performance-driven. Coaches offer direct advice and strategies to enhance specific skills, such as leadership, decision-making, and productivity. Coaching primarily targets career development and achieving measurable outcomes in a professional context.
If you're looking for a comprehensive approach that supports both personal and professional growth, executive therapy can provide the tools to navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

As your online executive therapist, i provide extra layers of confidentiality. There is no need to leave the privacy of your home or office. No parking your car outside a therapists office or awkward interactions in a waiting room. Just you and me in an online one-on-one setting from start to finish. Since I am private pay only, there is nothing to file or share with insurance, and no diagnosis is needed. Your therapeutic journey is kept completely confidential.

We’ll meet weekly online, so you can join from the comfort of your own location anywhere in Texas. Everyone’s therapeutic journey is unique; I typically meet with clients for 10-12 weeks, after which they can transition to biweekly or monthly check-ins, while others prefer to continue weekly sessions long-term. My fee is $115 per session, and while I don’t accept insurance directly, I’m considered out-of-network with most providers. Depending on your insurance, reimbursement may reduce your cost to the same or even less than a typical copay. Visit FAQs.
